Directions to Office
Associates in Behavioral Health is located at 818 12th Avenue in the back of the Rianna 1 apartment building. The entrance to our parking lot is off E. Columbia St. to the right of the red "Chiropractor" sign. Enter our office from the parking lot. If you park a car in our lot, sign in your car and parking stall number on the clipboard located at the reception window upon entering our office suite.

From I-5 north
Take James Street Exit. Turn right at the end of the ramp heading east on James Street. Turn Left on 12th Avenue heading north. Turn Right on East Columbia Street. Take an immediate left into the parking lot at the Chiropractor sign. Enter 818 12th Avenue from the parking lot.
From I-5 South
Take the James Street Exit. Turn left at the end of the ramp on James, heading east. Turn Left on 12th Avenue heading north. Turn Right on East Columbia Street. Take an immediate left into the parking lot at the Chiropractor sign. Enter 818 12th Avenue from the parking lot.
From State Route 99 South
Take the Denny way exit. Turn left at the exit, heading east on Denny Way. Continue on Denny Way until you reach 12th Avenue. Turn right, heading south on 12th avenue. Turn left at E. Columbia Street. Take an immediate left into the parking lot at the Chiropractor sign. Enter 818 12th Avenue from the parking lot.
From State Route 99 North
Exit at Seneca, turn left on 1st Avenue. Turn right on Pike St. heading east. Turn right on Boren heading south. Turn left on James heading east. Turn Left on 12th Avenue heading north. Turn Right on East Columbia Street. Take an immediate left into the parking lot at the Chiropractor sign. Enter 818 12th Avenue from the parking lot.
